• That the congress shall happen as scheduled – no interference/delays
• Committees working towards success of the congress
• The remaining part of planning – logistics
• Provision of funds for the conference
• Service providers – shall deliver as agreed or even better, efficient, timely
• Preparation of the hearts of those that shall gather
• Preparation of the speakers, moderators/facilitators – as they preparation, preservation
• Mobilization – delegates, funds
• Host country – stability, hospitability, security, favorable weather conditions, good will from leadership and authorities
• ICMDA leadership – Board, committees, secretariat
• Safety – travel, stay
• IMPACT-  that we shall bear fruit and fruit that shall last-  we shall grow in love as we serve, and shall bring healing to a hurting world
