To establish a guiding policy that enables delegates who are unable to attend the conference for whatever reasons, after registering and want to be refunded are facilitated accordingly

Refund terms and conditions:

While we endeavor to refund the total amount paid to us on registration, there are charges that unfortunately will be beyond our control like transfer fees/admin cost.

  • Cancelation at any date before 30th May 2023, only 10% will be deducted from the total amount paid

The rest will follow the cancellation date as follow:

If a booking is cancelled by client:

  • Before Tuesday 30th May 2023, 10% of the total booking amount will be Non-refundable
  • 31st May- Tuesday 6th June 2023, 35% of the total booking amount will be Non- refundable
  • 7th - Tuesday 13th June 2023, 60% of the total booking amount will be Non- refundable
  • Tuesday 13th of June 2023 onwards, 100% total booking amount will be Non-refundable

 

Refunds

Kindly Note

  1. The refund policy will be effected from the day the refund request is officially received by the conference organizing team
  2. It is the responsibility of delegates to ensure that they communicate with us in good time to avoid unnecessary delays in getting their refund.
  3. This policy will also apply should the congress get cancelled as the result of reason beyond the control of the organizing committee (disaster, pandemic,).

Once we receive your refund request, we will send you an email to acknowledge the request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days or earlier depending on you bank.

Late or delay(over 15 days) refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet;

  • first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
