No. Accommodation is not included. Please see here for information regarding some venues offering accommodation.
Yes. You can register your spouse as an accompanying delegate. A spouse registered as an accompanying delegate will be able to attend the conference just like the delegates. This does not apply for a spouse who is a Medic. For more information check here
Kindly note accompanying delegates will share some conference materials with their spouses like the conference bags
Yes. there is an elaborate children's program that will engage the children (ages 2 - 14 years old) during the conference. Click here
You can register your child with $30 to participate in the program for the entire period
Yes. We are considering 7 language translation:
- Arabic
- Chinese
- French
- Portuguese
- Russian
- Spanish
The translation will be based on the demand of registered delegates who will need translation from English which is the main language of the conference

No. You can not apply for bursary. The bursary application was closed on the 28th February 2023. We have had more than 600 bursary applications. We have managed to distribute 200 bursaries covering registration only. Another 450 are still on the waiting list but we have ‘run out’ of money and are just over halfway to our target of $250,000 which will enable us to sponsor 300 young leaders (along with travel expenses for those who need it).

The ROC is currently calling for abstract papers that can be presented during the conference. For more info, check here
Kindly note Exhibitors are NOT delegates. If one has to attend the entire conference sessions, then he/she MUST register as a delegate.
